Alpha Chapter Delta Sigma Theta Sisterhood Celebration at Howard University

Spring 2024 Sisterhood Celebration of Alpha Chapter, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. at Howard University was incredible.

As a mom, I have always wanted my daughter Morgan to have everything that has been a blessing to me in this life! Undoubtedly, one of the biggest blessings God gave me was the beautiful relationships I have built with my sisters of Delta Sigma Theta!

Morgan already knew that I was the first woman to be licensed to create lip glosses, makeup brushes and cosmetics exclusively for women of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. In fact, The Legacy Dream Luxury Company was one of a few companies invited by Alpha Chapter to present our makeup collection!
But, what I really wanted her to see and experience is the love of our sisterhood first hand for herself. Immediately, Morgan was able to sense the closeness and sisterhood between us. If you have ever been to a New Initiate Presentation, you know it is a unique experience. It's a time where members feel nostalgic and reminisce about the role sisterhood has played in their own lives. It is a time where new members are welcomed with open arms. 

Shout out to all the mothers who were there together with their daughters like me! We made it through a whole NIP with our baby girls.
